The 2010 show featured the The Tommy Castro Band, 2010 Blues Music Awards winner of Contemporary Blues Artist of the Year, Contemporary Blues Album of the Year, BB King Entertainer of the Year, and Band of the Year. Reggie Miles opened the show and the grants were given away utilizing the proceeds from the 2009 show.
